Ingredients
1 c unsalted butter, softened
1 c granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 3/4 c all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c blueberry jam

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
