i know summer isn’t technically over yet, but i’m so ready for sweater weather and since pumpkin spice is already on our shelves; here’s my first fall 🍂 recipe. savory baked brie.
this honey 🍯 garlic 🧄 and thyme 🌿 baked brie ( or camembert in this case) will be your go to this fall. it’s elegant, beautiful and just as easy to make. five minutes into baking, the aroma fills the air and it’s what i imagine fall would taste like.

ingredients
1 wheel Camembert cheese
2-3 cloves of honey fermented garlic
1/2 c roughly chopped almonds |optional|
2 or 3 sprigs fresh thyme
2 tsp merlot salt
1-2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

instructions
preheat your oven to 350°
remove the wrapping from your cheese and using a sharp knife to cut into the top of your cheese in a diamond pattern.
add your garlic, thyme and salt over the top of your cheese. finally, drizzle some olive oil over the top. don’t really worry about measuring, trust your instincts and preference.
place your topped cheese in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until it's oozing.

serve warm with crostini or crackers and enjoy ☺️
