Crab lovers, rejoice! I’ve got a mouthwatering recipe that’ll make your taste buds dance. Crab legs, generously coated in a finger-lickin’ garlic Cajun butter sauce that’ll have you begging for seconds.
Ingredients
2 lb Crab legs
2 c Unsalted butter
6 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tbs Cajun seasoning*
2 tbs Old Bay seasoning
1 tbs Badia Biscayne Bay seafood seasoning
1/4 c Chopped parsley
3 tbs Chopped chives
Juice from 1 lemon
2 c Water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, fill with water and bring it to a boil. Place a steamer basket inside the pot and add crab legs, steam for 5-7 minutes.
While your crabs are steaming, in a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and Badia Biscayne Bay seafood seasoning, mixing well. Add the fresh herbs and lemon juice, let it simmer for another minute.Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the crab legs are ready, place them on a platter and pour the garlic Cajun butter sauce over them. Garnish with more parsley and chives, enjoy! ☺️
